Below information provides details for IT assistance August 26th through New Student Programs and Orientation 2018

Early Move in Day – Sunday August 26, 2018

9am-11am –  Steele Hall 226 – Account log in and WiFi connection – Please visit our student lab for IT assistance.

Move in Day ~ Wednesday ~ August 29, 2018

  • Move in.
  • For Self Service in the campus Residence Halls – please visit your Residential Hall computer lab, log onto a Dell computer to change your network password – You can only change your password on a Dell computer.  Now you are able to connect to the Claremont-WPA wireless network using your new network password, instruction are on the self-installations page.
  • Get assistance from IT Staff and IT Student Interns in Steele Hall. See below schedule for your time slot.
  • Bring your laptop and power cord.  Note: If you have a desktop please request an in-room appt by an IT representative.  Scripps IT helpdesk 909 607-3406.

 

Whether you have installed programs over the summer or recently and possibly something doesn’t seem right  – no worries, IT staff and students are available to assist.

NSPO IT Evening Hours ~ Sunday ~ September 2nd
IT student staff will be working in Kimberly computer lab from 6-8pm.  You will hang out in the room with your laptop while work is being done.

September 4th and throughout the year
Students will get assistance by visiting IT in Steele Hall, room 10 and in Toll 108 (lobby area) where our Residential Technician will be housed starting this August.
