Posted: May 16, 2013
Do you have a disability, illness, or difference that has affected your college and learning experience? Interested in being a mentor to a new first year with a similar experience? Then this is your chance: the Disability, Illness and Difference Alliance (DIDA) is launching a Disability Mentoring Program in the fall!
Help first years adjust to college life with a disability, pass on what you wish you had known as a first year, and create a welcoming, friendly climate for new students with disabilities. The application is here; e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or would prefer the application e-mailed to you!
