If your mobile device e.g. iPhone/iPad/Android was previously configured to retrieve your Scripps email, calendar, or contacts from GroupWise, please delete the old accounts. Failure to do so could result in email being sent to the old GroupWise system when replying to an email from a user’s Outlook/Office 365 account.
Both GroupWise and Outlook/Office 365 are setup for a user’s @scrippscollege.edu email account. When sending email, the mobile device picks the original default for that address (GroupWise) so replies are sent to the old email system.
Remove/Delete all old GroupWise accounts from the mobile device.
