IT Assistance for NSPO

 

Below information provides details for IT assistance August 28th through NSPO 2019.

We will have a large group of IT staff and students available to assist you Wednesday ~ your official move in day. Thursday we will go back to normal office hours and you can visit an IT staff member in one of our two locations.  Steele 10 and Toll 108.

  • Please review the IT checklist prior to your arrival to accelerate your time with IT for network support.
  • Please have your Network Credential letter handy as you will need it to change one of your passwords
  • Note: If you have a desktop please request an in-room appt by an IT representative.  Scripps IT helpdesk 909 607-3406.

 

Whether you have installed programs over the summer or recently and possibly something doesn’t seem right  – no worries, IT staff and students are available to assist.

September 3rd and throughout the year
Students will get assistance by visiting IT in Steele Hall, room 10 and in Toll 108.
