2018 Graduates

To Scripps Graduates:

Please read this important information related to your BOX@Scripps, Office 365, Email and Network accounts.

  • Your Scripps College Network accounts (Sakai, Portal, WiFi, Box@Scripps) will be disabled on July 31st, 2018.
  • Your Scripps College Email accounts will be disabled on August 10th, 2018.


While you are still on campus and before your accounts are deleted please…

  1. Email – Scripps email account is disabled 8/10/18 – YOUR EMAIL WILL BE DELETED! PLEASE BACK UP
  2. Box@Scripps – Migrate to a Box personal account.
  3. Z drive/Home Directory Copy Files to an external drive that you can take with you.
  4. Consider advising your contacts of your new personal email


Office 365:

Your log on to Office 365 that is tied to your Scripps account will be disabled on August 10th, 2018 you will lose access to Office 365 and the other associated applications, you will be prompted to pay for a subscription.

If you have files stored in your BOX@Scripps account, you will need to transfer them to a personal BOX account.  Once your account is disabled, you will lose access to your @scrippscollege.edu BOX account.  For instructions on how to transfer files to a personal BOX account, please click here.


Upon or just prior to graduating, please remove Outlook Profile, Novell, printers and antivirus software from your personal computer. GroupWise also if applicable.

To remove Scripps resources from your computer.


To use the computer lab after graduation please visit the IT office which is located in Steele Hall Basement, room 10.
